Dr Acular: Romanian Cardiologist

As usual we arrived in Sighisoara, Transylvania, Romania at an abnormally early time and nobody was at the hostel to let us in, which was fun. So we sat outside and ate chocolate and jam sandwiches

about an hour later we were let in but a nice Romanian lady who gave us blankets and put us to bed on the couch which was cumfy..
We then woke up and walked to the old town which was cute/old/pretty
We then did as the locals and bought vampire teeth
and drank bloody mary's
and browsed the shops
We tried to look for a place to eat but couldn't find anything so we decided to cook ourselves lunch and we went to the local market.
Whenever we asked how much an onion or acouple of tomatoes were, they just told us to take them and dont worry about it. We ended up only spending about 2 lei between us (less than $1).In conclusion, Transylvanian people are awesome. It also made us think that they may be vampires and food is totally negligible to them..

After our epic cheap lunch of stirfry/pasta salad, we went back to the old town to check out the museums of Sighisoara. There was Torture Chamber museum which was a room displaying suprisingly well kept torture devices, the Museum of Medieval Armaments (which we skipped as were simply not that cultured) and the old clock tower. Even though the clock tower wasn't that high, there were still amazing views and we spent the next hour and 50 photos on the balcony.

We then decided it was time for a bridge photo

After walking around and finding the only restaurant in the whole city, we decided to have a nice traditional (and really cheap) Romanian dinner.

The next day, as the little adventurers that we are, we decided to go on a hike. After stocking up on pickles and mustard we set off down a highway, through a cemetary and up the hill into the forest.

It was a really nice walk, lots of photos ops and mosquitos
We decided to explore the Sighisoara for the last time, and after taking random turns and walking up small streets we ended up back at the old town clock, so we gave up exploring and had cheap candy apples.

We then set off to bucharest. When we got there we had to check with someone that it was actually Bucharest because it seemed less inhabited than Transylvania. We didnt have high expectations for Bucharest because everyone had made disusted faces when we said we were going, but we still werent entirely prepared for the lack of attractions.

We first stopped at Jerusalem felafel which was reeeeaally good. The we walked to the Parliament building, which is the 2nd biggest in the world and still 10% unfinished. We then went to the old town which was being reconstructed. Then we went to the supermarket. Then we went to another supermarket. Then we made dinner, stole some hot chocolate from the kitchen and went to bed. Good day.

The next day Lee realised that due to her screen being completely broken, she had been taking photos in sketch mode the whole day.

The next morning we woke up early to catch a bus at 6am. After missing that bus, we spent the next 6 hours waiting at the train station with Freya, a German girl we who was also going to Varna. The day consisted of

reading, eating, people trying to sell us phones, people congratulating us on speaking english, people throwing money at us and drinking instant coffee from a machine.

Then we finally got on the train to Varna.
